Northstar Health came to us to modernise their digital presence and create a more approachable experience for patients and partners. Their existing website felt outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked the clarity needed to communicate services with confidence — particularly for users accessing healthcare information under stress.
Approach
We redesigned the experience to make key information easier to find and simplify the content structure throughout. The visual system was rebuilt to feel calm, credible, and modern — balancing warmth with the authority a healthcare provider needs to project. Accessibility and usability were central considerations at every stage of the work.
