Opportunity
Velocity Commerce was growing fast, but their storefront experience wasn't keeping pace. Inconsistent branding, slow page performance, and a friction-heavy checkout flow were creating drop-off points across the customer journey and limiting the team's ability to launch new products confidently.
Approach
We rethought the storefront from the ground up — introducing a flexible design system, streamlining navigation, and rebuilding the purchase flow to reduce the steps between intent and conversion. The redesign also focused on performance and scalability, giving the Velocity team a foundation they could build on without accumulating design debt.
